Received a call earlier today. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on here. Renaults are absolutely dreadful - from the shoddy vehicles to their atrocious customer service. And now, these blighters are ringing us at half past eight in the evening! No doubt to check when we can be bothered to deal with their nonsense. We've just shelled out £180, plus a recovery fee, to have our key reprogrammed, just so we can actually drive our own car again. It's simply outrageous. By the way, fantastic website - really helpful, thanks a lot!
