Turns out they’re a claims management company, focused on reclaiming those pesky bank charges and mis-sold PPI policies. I'm baffled as to how they got hold of our number, but I’m seriously tempted to ring them back since we can’t stand those extortionate bank charges! I checked their credentials on the Ministry of Justice website and they seem to be legitimate!

Received an unanswered call on the 10th of February and I’ve no clue who’s behind it. I tried to return the call but had no luck at all.

We received a call from this number last week, but unfortunately, we missed it. Thankfully, they reached out again and we answered. They were incredibly helpful regarding our loans and credit cards. They appeared to be quite trustworthy and ensured they shared all their company information before engaging in any transactions.
