I received a rather suspicious call from this number shortly after my online card purchase was unexpectedly turned down without explanation. It was an automated message claiming to be from the Fraud Department of TSB, inquiring about recent card transactions to ensure they were legitimate. Not wanting to take any chances, I ended the call and dialled the customer service number found on the back of my card. The staff member I spoke with was incredibly helpful and confirmed that the number was indeed authentic. They kindly contacted the Fraud Department on my behalf, allowing me to have a chat with one of their representatives to resolve the whole matter.

I received a voicemail claiming to be from the TSB Fraud Department, urging me to return their call using the number they provided. Rather than call them directly, I opted to ring the contact number found on the reverse side of my TSB credit card. To my relief, it turned out to be legitimate.
