I’ve had a similar experience to what others have mentioned. I got a call claiming to be from the fraud team of Lloyd’s TSB. When I decided to ring the number back, they started asking for my credit card information. Naturally, I insisted they prove their identity before I disclosed anything. It was shocking-they didn’t seem to have a clue about which card issuer they were representing! I promptly ended the call and reached out to my card provider, who looked into it for me. They confirmed it was, likely, a scam attempt. Stay vigilant, everyone!

Received a call from this number, claiming to represent a scam prevention team linked to Lloyds TSB. Naturally, we decided to check the authenticity by calling the official number from the Lloyds TSB website, and it turns out these individuals hadn't made any calls to us. Seems fishy, doesn't it? A classic scam if you ask me!
