Even though I've made it clear that I'm not keen on their calls, these individuals just won’t take the hint! It’s the CSMA, an organisation I was part of many moons ago. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining this Association to think twice. Once you decide to pull the plug on your membership, you’ll find yourself inundated with persistent phone calls, supposedly (as I’ve experienced) for years after you've bid them farewell!

I'm absolutely sick to the back teeth of these pesky callers! I've let them know before that we're not keen on their antics, yet they just won’t take a hint. We’ve stopped picking up the phone for them altogether-thank goodness for Caller ID, which helps differentiate their nuisance from genuine calls. And wouldn't you know it, now they’ve resorted to sending faxes my way! How utterly frustrating!

Even though I made it abundantly clear to these annoying lot ages ago that I have no interest, they persist in bombarding me with calls and faxes. This surely constitutes harassment, doesn’t it? For anyone contemplating the use of CSMA services, I would strongly advise against it! You'll be hard-pressed to find any peace from them, even after switching to a different insurer like I did ages ago!

Last week, we lost our uncle, which led us to terminate our aunt's CSMA membership. Since then, the organisation has shockingly reached out to her - she's currently residing in a care home - on two separate occasions, trying to persuade her to re-enrol. This has understandably caused her quite a bit of upset. Considering that the 'CS' in CSMA represents Civil Service, which is tied to government operations, it’s truly appalling how they've behaved. They ought to hold themselves to a higher standard.
