So today, I got a call from Jacob who sounded quite busy. He gave me an extension and started talking about my sky box. Apparently, the insurance is supposedly being cancelled at £8.99 a month. When I asked what insurance he was talking about, he snapped back, “Why are we even chatting then?” I said it was because he called me, and he just hung up, calling me an idiot! Definitely a dodgy scam call!

Don’t be fooled, this isn’t really Sky calling. They’re just trying to push insurance for your Sky Box. What a total rip-off.

This number just rang me up claiming to be Jacob from Sky TV. He said he had to update the customer service extension number and asked for my bank info. I told him my husband handles those things and before I could say more, he suddenly hung up on me.
