I had a right palaver today with a chap named Jacob. He rang me up, handed over his extension number, and started chatting about my Sky box. Apparently, he said the insurance was being slashed to £8.99 a month. When I asked him what insurance he was on about, he had the cheek to ask why I was on the phone with him! I said, “Well, that's because you called me, you numpty!” Then he hung up on me! Total scammer alert, if you ask me!

This isn’t Sky at all. They’re merely trying to peddle some insurance for your Sky Box. What a load of nonsense!

I had an unexpected phone call from a chap named Jacob who claimed to be representing Sky TV. He mentioned that he required some updated extension details for their customer service. To my alarm, he began asking for my bank information. The moment I mentioned that my husband usually handles those sorts of things, he abruptly hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
