0845 344 0199 I rang this number on the 11th of May regarding an insurance claim for my vehicle and was completely unaware that this was a premium rate line until I checked my phone bill today. I ended up being charged £15 for a lengthy 21 minutes, the majority of which was spent on hold, no less!
