So I was browsing for vans online and this place called The Van Warehouse ended up calling me out of the blue. I tried ringing back and got hit with a ridiculous access charge of £4.41 plus a £0.29 service fee. They might even have another line at 08435155008 where the costs are even higher - like £4.92 access and £0.76 service charge, but I didn’t bother checking for sure. Honestly, with that sneaky first interaction, I’m defo not buying a van from them. Feels dodgy from the get go. Just saying, watch out for the hidden charges and think twice before dealing with them.
