I had quite the unpleasant experience with National Legal Assistance recently. I kindly asked them to cease their incessant calls, only to be met with a rather curt response. The woman on the other end snapped, “don’t shout at me,” as if I were the one causing a nuisance! Honestly, I wish they would take the hint and quit ringing me. It’s absolutely bonkers - I’m receiving upwards of thirty calls every week!
