Absolutely the same experience for me. This marks the second dodgy call I’ve had like this in just a few months. It makes me wonder if they actually profit from keeping us hanging on the line. Last time, we were very close to getting sucked in-I was on hold for a mere fifteen seconds before deciding enough was enough and hung up. It's quite infuriating, really!

Gave them a bell and, lo and behold, was met with the answering machine - so I left a note saying they should get back to me. The caller claimed it was "urgent business matters" on the number 0845 313 3996. Honestly, with that little nugget of info, there's no way I'm calling them back! Besides, I've never had any outstanding debts in my life.

We've stopped using our business fax due to these persistent individuals bombarding us with faxes every single day, trying to find out when we would like them to collect on debts from those who haven’t paid up! Now, it seems they’ve tracked down our mobile number through their advertisements. How can we shake them off for good? I’ve done a bit of digging, and it turns out they’re a debt collection agency that thrives on chasing debts. What a nuisance!
