We received a phone call from an unknown number, and as soon as we picked up, the caller went silent and promptly hung up. Curiosity got the better of us, so we investigated and found out the number was 080001218147. When we rang back, we were informed that it belonged to Dignity Funeral Plans, and that the individual we were trying to reach was actually associated with the Phoenix Trust. We attempted to get through again, but it was no use - nobody answered. What a tedious experience; it felt like a complete waste of our time! Honestly, we would love to get hold of the Chairman’s contact number so we could give him a piece of our minds!
