First Telecom are a complete joke! If you need any help or info, they force you to ring their so-called ‘specialist’ lines which charge crazy amounts like mentioned before. It’s just another sneaky way for them to make money off their customers. Honestly, it feels like they’re just ripping people off! I’ve tagged them as risky because if someone unlucky has to phone them without knowing the fees upfront (which they don’t explain properly), it hits the wallet hard. Totally unfair!
