As soon as we got a call from 08453039015, we started getting a bit wary and decided against sharing any of our details. It turns out this was actually the NatWest collections team, as we had a correspondence with them not too long ago! Whoops-a-daisy!

I received a rather bothersome phone call from an overly abrasive individual from this company. My partner and I had just returned from a day of chemotherapy treatment when we engaged in conversation. Upon mentioning that we weren’t quite in the mood to discuss our financial matters, the representative’s attitude shifted drastically; she became incredibly rude and dismissive. We asked her to arrange a different time for the call, to which she simply replied 'fine' in a rather exasperated tone. It seems she mistakenly left her line open and we could overhear her chatting with a colleague about what an absolute w*nker she thought we were. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!
