I received a call at precisely 12:35 today. When I picked up, the line was dreadful, and the caller had a rather menacing tone. It seemed as though they were feigning an inability to hear me properly before abruptly disconnecting. Are these folks actually trained in their methods? I can't help but think that if this had been my elderly mother, she would have found such a call quite distressing! When I attempted to call back, my only option was to press one in order to have my number taken off their list. The truth is, I shouldn't even be on that list, considering my number is registered and routinely updated with the Telephone Preference Service. In a bit of irony, I'd quite like to extend my regards to one of the senior figures at this establishment. Rest assured, I will be hunting down their identity!
