The police advised me that keeping them on the line isn’t a bad tactic, as it supposedly racks up costs for them eventually. The ICO does seem to take their sweet time, but they’ll hopefully sort it in due course. Now, as for the TPS, that’s not a government initiative, you know. The numbers they have can actually be turned against you! It’s merely a voluntary scheme for companies to opt out of cold calls; it’s not legally binding. So if they’re not part of the TPS, they can call you incessantly! If you’re fed up with these nuisance calls, it’s high time you got in touch with your MP and make them wake up to the fact that we need stricter laws against spamming!ICOTPS12 yearsSolar panel salespeople can be quite relentless!
