I received an unexpected call from the number 08452866030 at half past five this evening. The caller was attempting to peddle solar panels. When I inquired how he could possibly know whether I already owned any, he bluntly stated that he was merely assuming I didn’t. After I terminated the call, he had the audacity to ring me back, claiming there was 'a fault with the line'. I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, though it seems to have little effect!
