I found this handy app that redials and times calls, so I started calling back scam numbers using *67 to hide my ID. If loads of us did this, we could really clog up their lines and stop them from bothering people as much. Took me a bit to find the right one, but there’s this app called “Water” that works perfectly for what I wanted. I just leave it running on my phone while it charges during the day.

This number (and others that are almost the same but with just the very last digit changed) keeps ringing me every single day!! I look after my 91 year old grandma, so having my phone on and free is really important for emergencies. Does anyone know how I can block these annoying calls for good?!

If you see this number pop up on your phone, just ignore it. It’s one of those sneaky reverse charge calls where they don’t pay a thing, but it’s you who ends up getting stung. They also add some commission fees on top, making the cost even worse. I actually answered once and just kept them talking to burn their minutes and their money. Then I got hit with a bill for £73.92 because of that rubbish call. I’m now gearing up to take legal action to try and get my money back.

I'm fed up with getting calls from the same number but with a different last digit each time, that's how they slip through my block list. Really wanna find out how they even managed to get ahold of my number in the first place.

Got a ring not long ago. They said press 5 if I wanted to claim PPI and 9 if I wanted off their list. I didn’t bother pressing any buttons, just left it ringing for about half a minute before it cut out. Might as well waste their time a bit, eh?
