Indeed, I do have it, and they mentioned something about a discount on an annual maintenance. Interestingly, my usual service engineers had informed me back in December-when I last had my annual service, which also came with a discount-about another firm trying to encroach on their territory. It makes me wonder how they got wind of me owning a Kirby in the first place. I explained to the lady, who was amidst the hustle and bustle of a UK call centre, that I had just had my annual service done, and she assured me she would make a note of it.Universal ServicingUK11 yearsCaller ID showed as "private".
