Has anyone got any clue about this number?

I received a call from this number on the 15th of July at 3:20 PM, but they didn’t actually say anything. After that, I tried calling them back, and the response was quite strange. They asked me to remove my number, followed by requesting me to provide my number again. It's quite puzzling-if they already have my number, why would they need me to tell them?

I was met with some very rude behaviour once I informed them that I no longer required their services. I've actually got the conversation on tape.
