She started off by saying she thought it was the wrong number, but the bloke insisted she must've got a letter about it. She kept saying she hadn’t got anything and wasn’t sure what he meant, then told him she wasn’t interested. After that, he went on and called her miserable! Honestly, to be both hassled and insulted by a cold call is just ridiculous. No proper company would behave like that!
