So this bloke rang me saying he was from some Pension Review Centre, claiming it was a government scheme. He said the business was situated on Langham Street in London. Once I mentioned I was pensioned off, he quickly ended the call. Doing a quick Google check, I found a firm called Pension Review Centre Ltd, registered at 3rd Floor, Langham Street Westminster, London W1W 7AP, with Company No: 07982234. Interestingly, Companies House lists them as an advertising agency. Turns out, there’s also a mail handling and forwarding service at the same address, which businesses can use as their registered office for a fee. Apparently, over 140 companies share this postcode. Take from that what you will.

Didn’t catch this on my mobile // judging by the previous calls, it’s probably about PPI or releasing a pension.
