got a call from this number today at about half one in the afternoon (10/9/17). some bloke called, asked for me by my last name and said he was ringing from a home improvements firm. he even knew an old postcode of mine, but when i told him it wasn’t current anymore, he just ended the call. no way am i calling that 0845 back!

0784619105 Just had a call from this number, claiming I was due a whopping £2860 for my PPI refund. They mentioned some chap would be popping round later today with the cheque! The catch? They wanted me to fork out a £50 cheque as a sort of 'fee' first. BEWARE, it’s a total scam!

I've been informed that I've won some vouchers for my household!

I received a call the other day claiming I'd won a £1000 voucher to spruce up either my kitchen or bedroom. Apparently, a designer would pop over to help me with some ideas using this voucher. They mentioned it was a prize I'd been awarded and hinted that I might share my experience with friends and family. I wasn’t keen and politely declined, to which they replied they’d ring me again next week at a more convenient time. It all feels a bit suspect, to be honest!
