I’ve received my second call from this ‘claims’ company within a fortnight, inquiring about someone called Gillian. We asked them to clarify who they were, and they mentioned something about Claims Direct or something along those lines. We made it clear that we weren’t the right number for them, and the person on the line promised to mark it down as such in their records.
