I received an unsolicited call earlier, folks. They were prattling on about energy-saving tips and advice. Quite caught me off guard, to be honest!

I had a rather vexing experience with a call today. They were inquiring about the homeowner-no name given-yet wouldn’t disclose the name of their company. Honestly, I found it rather pointless, so I simply hung up. I’m absolutely exasperated with these unsolicited calls! What really gets my goat are the ones that come in right when I’m about to sit down for my dinner-or worse, when I’m knee-deep in cooking! It’s frustrating not to be able to tend to my kitchen without interruption. When I try to explain my situation to them (as if I ought to), they often respond quite rudely, insisting they’re just following protocol. It's truly infuriating!
