someone rang saying they worked for an energy firm, i just told them i’ve got plenty of energy already and they should stop bothering me with calls.

This number calls me several times a day, but when I pick up, it's completely silent on the other end. Then it just cuts off. It's really annoying!

Got a call from some bloke yakking on about selling furniture, saying they were local or something like that. I told him I’m on the TPS list but he didn’t care one bit and just muttered something about my number slipping through the cracks. Do these folks not have proper jobs? They’d probably do better doing something useful like tidying up the rubbish in the streets or giving a hand to elderly people crossing the road!
