Claimed to be representing an energy firm, but I cheekily informed them that I’ve got plenty of energy already and requested they refrain from ringing me in the future!

This number keeps calling me several times a day. Whenever I pick up, there's absolutely no one on the other end. Then it just goes silent. It's becoming quite the bother, to be honest.

What an absolute nuisance! This chap started rambling on about peddling furniture right here in our neck of the woods (as if we needed such nonsense!). I made it clear I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but he just shrugged it off, claiming my number must have slipped through the cracks. Don’t these people have anything better to do? Honestly, they’d be far more useful tidying up the mess that’s littered around or lending a hand to elderly folks trying to cross the road!
