I got a call from First Utility - I already use them for my gas and electricity. They kept ringing until I finally picked up. They wanted to offer me a new tariff since mine's about to end. At first, I was alright with hearing about it, but then things got a bit annoying. The woman on the phone insisted I answer some security questions before sharing details, including asking for my address. I told her I didn’t understand why she needed that just to talk about a new deal. After that, she said she couldn’t carry on and that they’d email me the info instead. - caller was First Utility.
