I received a call from this number and informed them that I'm on the TPS list, asking them not to ring me again. I could hear them whispering amongst themselves, and then the woman proceeded to inform me that they were permitted to call. Clearly, a polite request fell on deaf ears, so I resorted to a blast of colourful language, which surprisingly did the job. Problem solved!
