My brother and sister-in-law, both of whom face significant challenges due to their profound hearing impairment, have been inundated with incessant and unwelcome phone calls. It's quite distressing, as they're unable to engage in conversation even if they wished to. It's imperative that these harassing callers are put a stop to immediately and face legal consequences for their actions.
