We received a call on our number from these individuals who wanted to have a word with us. However, it turned out that our dad answered the phone instead. After that, these callers mentioned they would be reaching out to us at another address that we've never disclosed to anyone. So, it begs the question: how on earth did they acquire our contact information? This is all linked to a gym membership we cancelled, and just to clarify, we absolutely do not owe them a penny!

We terminated our direct debit three weeks ahead of schedule due to health issues, yet these nuisances persist in ringing us every single day, relentlessly demanding substantial sums. This appears to be ARC, a bunch who have taken it upon themselves to harass us incessantly, ringing us up four or five times every hour! We've had enough and cancelled our Livingwell gym membership owing to the shocking state of their hygiene. Now, not only are they bombarding us with letters, but they’ve also decided to give us a bell non-stop. We've done a bit of digging online, and it turns out they aren't a proper debt collection agency at all! So do yourself a favour and DO NOT part with a single penny to these fraudsters!
