In June 2024, I rang Boots Hearing Care four times using 0345 270 0999. Out of those calls, three were charged at local rate with no fee, but one call mysteriously showed up as £21.99 on my bill! Luckily, O2 has been helpful and refunded me since I could prove I dialled that 0345 number. Feels like some sort of dodgy scam to me.

Avoid ringing this number! I’ve no clue why I called it, yet I got slapped with a bill of more than £10 for just 15 minutes. Proper annoying! 😡
