I got a call from this number earlier today, claiming to be from Telstra and warning me about a supposed virus in my laptop. It was evident to me right off the bat that it was a scam. I mentioned that I was going to record our chat, and just like that, he disconnected the call!

This morning at precisely 8:57, I received a rather dodgy call from this number. The caller claimed to represent BT and threatened to disconnect my computer for a staggering six months! Naturally, I wasn’t having any of it and told her so, at which point she promptly ended the call. It’s rather infuriating, isn’t it? Can’t someone put a stop to this sort of nonsense?
