They operate on commission, tirelessly reaching out to a never-ending list of debtors flashing before their eyes. There's nothing confidential here, so just brush it off and carry on.

My wife answered the phone, and it was obvious that they were looking for us, so she kindly said, “Yes, one moment, I’ll put you through.” As soon as we grabbed the handset, we were met with nothing but silence!
