Today, it was just silent on the other end. Feels like their game is to find an older person’s voice to try and scam. Honestly, I’m calling this harassment this time. Getting calls nonstop all day is really annoying.

I picked up one of their numerous calls and they claimed to be handling insurance for my Sky box, TV, and another gadget. They said my card payment had failed. I asked if I could give them a new card number to sort the payment. They promised to send direct debit forms but never did. I had to ring Sky myself to confirm and they said it wasn’t from their side. Definitely not sharing my card info again.
