I had a bit of a disagreement with the RAC, as they claimed we qualified for their offer. The moment we declined to provide the first line of our address, they abruptly hung up on us. Given that we've registered with the Telephone Preference Service, we really shouldn’t be on the receiving end of this sort of marketing or services at all.

As we’re on the Telephone Preference Service register, we ought to be exempt from these types of sales pitches.

Over the last month, I've received a couple of calls from this number, and both times they hung up as soon as they realised my voicemail kicked in. Both calls came in rather late, nearly at 9 in the evening; the most recent one was at 8:50pm. I've got my number registered with the Telephone Preference Service, too. Quite bothersome, really!
