I must say, I've had quite the experience with the RAC. It's puzzling that they couldn't even seem to get my partner's name right, and he’s been a member for two decades! To add to the strangeness, my number is ex-directory and set to block unsolicited calls. Yet, at around 8:50 in the evening, I received a call from a young lady who refused to disclose her name, which I found rather odd. Just a bit unsettling!
