They contacted us under the guise of a security check, yet they didn't clarify their intentions until after the fact. We made it clear that we were not comfortable proceeding with their inquiries, citing a security concern!

They claim to conduct security checks beforehand, but we made it clear about our security deposit concerns. It's rather frustrating, to say the least!
