It appears to be one of those “claim your compensation” services. We received a call from them and, upon answering, they started asking about a relatively recent car crash we’d been involved in. They mentioned that we might be eligible for some compensation. However, when we mentioned that we were to blame (I had accidentally rear-ended another car), they simply replied with a quick thank you and hung up. I suspect it's just another accident claims firm trying to boost their clientele.
