I need another key for my lock but in order to do so I have to phone the above number which is a premium rate number. I am not going to do that nor am I going to email them. The whole process is based on scam tactics. Shame on them! Trust pilot, here I come

This number is legit, it’s from Assa Abloy (Yale) and you call it to ask about parts you’ve bought, but they charge you more than a quid a minute, which is ridiculous. Just to say, I won’t be buying any more Yale stuff after this.

08452232124 Turns out this number is for Assa Abloy. Seriously annoying that they use a number that costs loads (ended up paying £11.80 plus VAT) just to ask about buying one of their parts.
