We received a letter from our credit card provider informing us that we’d exceeded our credit limit. When we called customer service, they reiterated the exact same warning.

However, once the next payment was due, these individuals took it upon themselves to withdraw money directly from our bank account, using our card details without so much as asking us! We’re currently in the process of trying to retrieve that money back into our account.

We received a letter from our credit card company indicating that we've exceeded our credit limit. After giving them a ring, they confirmed the same information we've received in the mail.
