A few individuals, if you dare to call them that, contacted our partner in the double glazing business and simply would not take 'no' for an answer! He handed the phone to us, and we made it crystal clear that this was not within our budget, yet they kept pestering him until he said enough was enough. When we finally confronted them about their incessant harassment, the chap on the other end resorted to name-calling before abruptly hanging up. I’ve tried returning the call, but there’s no indication of which firm it belongs to. Rest assured, once I track them down, I’ll be paying them a visit!

I received a rather persistent call from a chap-if that’s even the right term for someone hiding behind a phone-regarding double glazing for our partner. He simply wouldn’t take ‘no’ for an answer! After an unfortunate transfer, I made it clear that financial constraints prevented any further discussion, yet he continued to badger our partner. Once I firmly stated our position yet again, he resorted to name-calling and abruptly hung up on me. I tried to ring back, but lo and behold, the company name was nowhere to be found. Rest assured, the moment we uncover who these blokes are, a little visit is certainly on the cards!
