I reckon I've stumbled upon a bit of a dodgy situation. Someone contacted me claiming that my business had signed up to sponsor a few books for local schools, which simply isn’t the case. Sounds like a scam to me!

This number rang me but they just cut off. I tried ringing back right away and got a message saying the number couldn’t be found.

The person on the line mentioned something about me backing a Books for School initiative from the previous year, which I simply can’t recall. They inquired whether I preferred the ‘certificate’ to be issued in my personal name or under the charity we operate. However, when I sought further clarification, they hung up quite suddenly without any explanation. Quite odd, to say the least!
