They provided this number for any queries she might have. However, it’s worth noting that my stepmother has no insurance policies, savings, or any prior dealings with Legal and General whatsoever.

I don't recall ever engaging with Legal and General, yet they seem to persistently call me. It’s just another bothersome telemarketer, if you ask me. I reckon it’s best not to pick up the phone and instead report them to the Telephone Ombudsman.
