I recently had a rather amusing experience with RAC who attempted to sell me some “extra services” that I honestly didn’t require. To top it all off, they provided me with yet another number to call, presumably to get rid of the annoying ring quite rapidly ~ and surprise, surprise, it turned out to be yet another 0845 number! How original!

They introduced themselves as the RAC and asked for the first line of my address. I chose not to share that information with them. Instead, I suggested that they send me whatever details they were offering through the post. To my surprise, they responded with a simple "Alright, no problem." Quite the encounter, isn't it?
