I just received a call from this number asking for a certain Caroline. As soon as we mentioned that they must have the wrong number, they insisted on knowing our address, which we declined to share. Then they pressed for our postcode as well, but we didn’t oblige. It’s curious why they would want such details, isn’t it?

I received a call from a lady who claimed that we are exceptional. However, when we tried to confirm our postcode or share our address, the DVD service refused to provide any information to her. As soon as we mentioned the well-known phone service, she didn't seem pleased. We also contacted our nearby store, and there was no issue with our account at all. Just a heads-up, never share your personal details!

Absolutely not! They called our mobile, and we tried to ring back from our office using a number that offers assistance. We were told to ask for a reference number, so we inquired about who was on the other end of the line. The lady mentioned a name and said he was calling from Blockbusters. We clarified that we had no association with Blockbusters whatsoever, to which he casually remarked it must have been a wrong number before abruptly hanging up-no apologies offered! We'll keep you posted if we receive any further calls.

We've received calls from these numpties on three separate occasions now, and they refuse to reveal their identity, so there's no chance we're sharing any personal details with them. It's baffling how they seem to think it’s acceptable to behave like complete muppets over the phone. They must be hiring some right lowlifes who are willing to toil away for next to nothing! I took the matter up with their head office - I called 0845 6060999 and thankfully spoke to a sensible chap who cancelled the outrageous late fee. It’s hard to believe this all stemmed from just a fiver. Anyway, I’ve now had the BB card cancelled too.

I received a call from this number that I unfortunately missed. Once I returned the call, the individuals on the other end were asking for a reference number. When I inquired about their identity, they merely mentioned that someone would get back to me. I have no clue who this number belongs to, and it’s quite baffling that they can’t provide a straightforward answer.

He wouldn't disclose who he was or which company he represented unless we first gave our name and contact details. Naturally, we opted not to share any information. What a joke this is! I had a lovely little fine of six quid, yet it must have set them back thirty with all the postage and phone calls just to retrieve it. Bit of sweet payback, if you ask me! Time to clear out your speedy drop box, lads!

We've been getting calls from this number at ridiculous times during the day, and it was crucial for us to find out who's behind them. So, we turned to this site and discovered it's Blockbuster chasing us for a measly £7. Honestly, we refuse to be badgered over such a small amount! We’ll just keep ignoring their calls. It's quite pathetic that they resort to involving a debt collection agency over a trivial £7 debt. They must be in a tight spot if they need to scrape together every last penny.

We rang them again, and right off the bat they asked for our reference number. We pressed for details about who they were, and they mentioned they were a call centre representing seven different firms. When we inquired about the names of those companies, they outright said they couldn’t disclose that information. We’ve no clue who these firms might be, but they really ought to reconsider their approach to business. Rest assured, once we find out more, we will escalate our concerns to the appropriate authorities. This feels invasive and, frankly, a bit like intimidation.

When I politely declined, they responded with an ‘oh all right then’ and hung up. Quite rude, in my opinion. Oi Terry, why don’t you just cough up the cash, you cheeky sod? When you’re in the red, it’s only right to settle your debts. I bet you’d be fuming if someone stiffed you, wouldn’t you? Just a heads-up, it was RIMS, the debt collectors representing Blockbusters. Instead of settling the bill over the phone, I traipsed into the shop to clear it up. Had no clue I even owed them anything, but such is life, eh?

We've found ourselves in a strikingly similar situation. We've settled our account, yet these individuals persist in ringing us repeatedly about a debt that we've supposedly incurred! It seems we’ll have to get in touch with their headquarters as well.

I received a rather unsettling call from these folks, insisting that we need to pop down to Blockbuster to settle a supposed debt on our account, which, if you ask me, is already squared away. The caller mentioned that we owe them a sum of £8, and let me tell you, the chap was quite aggressive and threatening in his tone. We've since reached out to Blockbuster's head office at 01912240060, and they’re currently looking into what’s going on.

Upon returning their call, I discovered they are known as IQor, based in Preston, Lancashire, and I must say, their manners leave much to be desired-definitely a rather unpleasant debt collection agency!

Extremely discourteous and cheeky caller rang me today. I had no clue who they were trying to reach, and their fumbling response ("can we speak to... uh...") didn’t inspire much confidence. They refused to disclose which company was on the line, so of course, I decided to return the call. Turns out, it’s a debt recovery outfit acting on behalf of Blockbuster. Still, I must admit, the chap I spoke to was rather accommodating despite my initial frustration. Just a bit vexing, I must say!

These folks give us a bell on a daily basis, and to be honest, we find it rather amusing. We’ve got four debts hanging over us, and every time they call, they inquire about when we’ll be able to settle up. We keep telling them that we’re currently out of work and short on cash. I even suggested a payment plan where we could chip in just 10 pence each month for the next 40 months, but the chap on the other end keeps going round in circles, leaving us none the wiser. It's quite the strange experience!
