I had a rather dubious phone call from someone asking for sensitive details about my home, claiming to be from npower. They were relentless with their questions, which puzzled me as they should already have access to that information. It struck me as very odd why they felt the need to inquire further after obviously having my number, which was 08451455466, by the way. I eventually decided enough was enough and hung up on them, suggesting they check their system instead.
