I can’t help but wonder who's raking in the cash from this number. Is it BT or perhaps the person listed as the owner? It’s quite possible that both parties are benefiting, which might explain why they’re so tight-lipped about who they really are. After all, their phone lines seem to be ringing with persistent enthusiasm, much like a register chiming away. Money truly does make the world spin!

Absolutely, I'm in the same boat! I receive several calls throughout the day-usually three or four. Oddly enough, none of them ever bother to leave a message. It’s clearly not anything personal, so it must be some sort of sales pitch. Honestly, it seems they’ve got nothing better to occupy their time with. Best just to disregard them!

LATEST NEWS. We got in touch with BT, and they looked into this number for us. It turns out it definitely belongs to a company that contacted Homeserve. They appear to be a debt collection agency. We’ve also flagged this number with the Telephone Preference Service.

I really think cold calling needs to be stopped altogether. I reckon it was Homeserve ringing me. Bit strange though, maybe they got my number because of what I was searching online? I got two calls on my phone today from the same unknown number just minutes apart. Since I don’t pick up numbers I don’t recognise, I looked them up here. After seeing who they were, I’ve gone ahead and blocked them.

This number keeps calling us every single day, so we've decided to stop answering and just leave the phone off the hook. Every time they ring our home, it's going to cost them a penny or two! I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that this number belongs to Homeserve. We terminated a policy with them last month, and since then, they seem to be hounding us, ringing every single day.
