We've been getting calls from this lot (Buchanan Clark + Wells) for quite some time now, and it's beyond annoying. It’s like every time the phone rings, I can’t quite make out what they’re saying. Often, there seems to be someone else on the line altogether. They never introduce themselves, and when you finally pick up, it’s silent for a moment before they chime in. Honestly, it feels like they’re only after your cash! Their professionalism leaves much to be desired.
