Avoid ringing Plusnet using this number, I ended up paying almost 30 quid just to be stuck on hold for about 10 minutes and then only speak to someone for a minute and a half. They do have a free 0800 contact number, so don’t get taken advantage of!

Avoid this number! It charges a premium rate - definitely not worth ringing back!

I had to ring this number regarding a £23 direct debit that didn't go through with Plusnet. Spent almost 30 minutes on hold and ended up with a £25 phone bill. Definitely don’t bother with this one, I’ve just discovered there's a free 0800 number that connects you to the same department.
