I didn't pick up as the number was unfamiliar to me. When I looked it up here, it showed that it's linked to Numbers Telecom Limited, and loads of dodgy scammers and phishers seem to be connected with them. So, I'm pretty sure this was just another scam call.

i get these calls from Numbers Telecom pretty much all the time, like 3 times a day, but all they do is ring twice then hang up. ive already put myself on the TPS list but no difference at all! so annoying.

It rang twice and then just cut out. I was thinking of calling back but didn’t want to get hit with pricey premium fees. Ended up blocking the number.
