Just got a call today (May 2024) from some automated voice saying, "thanks, your number is now verified and confirmed, we’ll contact you soon." Looks super dodgy to me. Watch out, it’s gotta be a scam.

Got yet another random call claiming to be from emergency blood donation services. If this rings you, just block it and don’t answer - they could be messing with something serious, like someone needing a critical blood transfusion. It’s been reported to BT and Ofcom, and I hope they take some action soon. Stay cautious, these calls are no joke!

Got a call saying my number is confirmed and on their system now, they'll be reaching out shortly. The whole thing was done by a robot voice.
